These studies revealed that AGAP2-AS1 affected the malignant behaviors (promotion of cancer growth, metastasis and drug resistance) of lung cancer via modulating the miR-296/NOTCH2, EIF4A3/MyD88/NF-κB and LATS2/KLF2/EZH2/LSD1 pathways. This evidence concerns the gene AGAP2 and lung carcinoma.
