The p40 and Napsin A dual-marker set showed 100% nuclear positivity and cytoplasmic negativity with SCC cases, and the nuclei stained negative while the cytoplasm stained positive in 87.5% ADC cases, whereas CK5/6 and TTF1 dual staining exhibited 100% cytoplasmic positivity and nuclear negativity in SCC cases, and the nuclei stained positive while the cytoplasm stained negative in 93.8% ADC cases. This evidence concerns the gene NAPSA and AIDS dementia complex.
