We assessed measures of mood (PHQ-9 score), cognition (SLUMS score), and lifestyle habits (UKDDQ scores, i.e., diet habits; average 3d step count) in relation to cardiometabolic variables, specifically to fasting and 2h glucose, HbA1c, insulin resistance indices (HOMA IR, Matsuda indices), triglyceride, HDL, LDL, and/or CRP levels (see Spearman correlations in Table 2). Here, CRP is linked to Insulin resistance.
