DIAPH1 and cancer: Nevertheless, in summary, the data presented in this work presents a detailed picture of cellular and molecular immunological defects in DIAPH1-deficient human T, NK cells and helper ILC subsets thus far, expanding the cellular and immunological manifestations of DIAPH1 deficiency in humans, and contributing to our understanding of the mechanisms behind why DIAPH1-deficient patients are prone to infections and cancer [53].
