At the same time, we analyzed the mutation rates of H3K36 enzymes (including NSD1, NSD2, NSD3, ASH1L, SMYD2, SETDB2, SETD3, and SETMAR) in lung adenocarcinoma, which showed that the amplification mutation frequency of H3K36 enzymes was at a low level (Figure S2, Supporting Information). Here, SMYD2 is linked to lung adenocarcinoma.
