We first investigated whether SGI‐1027 could alter the expression of LC3B, an important marker of autophagy.[30] As shown in Figure 2E,F, SGI‐1027 caused the accumulation of LC3B‐II by time‐ and dose‐dependent manners, suggesting that SGI‐1027 disrupted autophagic flux of renal cancer cells.
