In an MS mouse model called relapsing-remitting experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (RR-EAE), co-administrations of BDNF and ADTC5 during the remission state significantly suppressed the disease relapse in RR-EAE mice compared to those treated with phosphate buffer saline (PBS), ADTC5, and BDNF [40]. Here, BDNF is linked to myeloid sarcoma.
