A meta-analysis of [18F]F-PSMA-1007 PET/CT, [18F]F-FDG PET/CT, and [68Ga]Ga-PSMA PET/CT for the diagnostic efficacy of prostate cancer by Yu W. et al. [42] showed that the sensitivity and specificity of [68Ga]Ga-PSMA PET/CT for the diagnosis of prostate cancer were 0.916 (95%CI, 0.896–0.934) and 0.734 (95%CI, 0.685–0.779), respectively. This evidence concerns the gene FOLH1 and prostate cancer.
