Specifically, in the context of ALL, studies by Hiroki et al. [37], Li G & Li D [46], and Lo et al. [47] identified the IL-10 gene SNP -1082 G > A (rs1800896) as being associated with increased IL-10 expression and susceptibility to lymphoproliferative disorders, including childhood ALL and lymphoma [24–26, 48]. Here, IL10 is linked to lymphoproliferative syndrome.
