A recent study published by Stabellini et al. [10] found that chemotherapy was associated with a statistically significant improvement in overall survival regardless of age in women diagnosed with node positive (1–3), ER+, HER2 negative breast cancer, and recurrence scores of 20–25 (age < = 50: hazard ratio [HR] = 0.334, P = 0.002; age > 50: HR = 0.521, P = 0.019). The gene discussed is ERBB2; the disease is breast cancer.
