As expected, HPAF-II xenografts showed glandular structures, typical of highly differentiated tumors, with higher FOXA1 expression, whereas PANC-1 xenografts exhibited solid and compact tumor sheets without lumens, indicative of poor differentiation, along with higher GATA2 and ABCC4 expression (Supplementary Figure S2). The gene discussed is ABCC4; the disease is neoplasm.
