Some recent studies demonstrated the regulation of ABCG2 by several other miRNAs, including miR-302a/b/c/d in mitoxantrone-resistant breast cancer cells (Wang et al., 2016) and miR-212 in imatinib-resistant leukemia cells (Kaehler et al., 2017) (Table 2). Here, ABCG2 is linked to breast cancer.
