Studies have found that abnormal expression of CDC20 is associated with the malignant progression and poor prognosis of various types of cancer, including pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (25), gastric cancer (26), urothelial bladder carcinoma (27), astrocytoma (28), hepatocellular carcinoma (29), and oral squamous cell carcinoma (30).
