The results of OTUB1 immunohistochemical staining in BLCA tissue and normal bladder tissue from the online database and our collected samples showed that OTUB1 was up-regulated in BLCA tissue compared to the normal bladder tissue, this elevated expressed phenomenon was also established in diagnosed low- and high-grade-bladder-cancer (Fig. 1F, Fig. S2A). This evidence concerns the gene OTUB1 and bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
