To further determine the role of the OTUB1/β-catenin axis in cisplatin resistance in BLCA, we treated the T24resistance cell with the increasing-concentration cisplatin, the results showed that the expression of OTUB1, β-catenin and downstream targets were gradually increased by gradient cisplatin concentration in T24resistance cell, while the results of RIPK3 and MLKL were the opposite (Fig. 7E). The gene discussed is OTUB1; the disease is bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
