For CRS, in univariable analyses and when using a bootstrap approach, bulky disease with a largest node or mass > 5 cm, a CRP level > 30 mg/L, a lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) level > 2 times the upper limit of normal (ULN), and a platelet count < 150 G/L were significantly associated with a higher risk of grade ≥ 3 CRS (Supplementary Table S4). The gene discussed is CRP; the disease is congenital rubella syndrome.
