MKI67 and hepatocellular carcinoma: Wu et al. constructed a radiomics nomogram based on a combination of radiomic features and clinical factors (AFP and Edmondson grades) to predict Ki-67 expression status in hepatocellular carcinoma, they found that the efficacy of the combined nomogram (AUC = 0.819) in predicting Ki-67 expression status was significantly better than the clinical models (AUC = 0.630, 0.699) [44].
