Additionally, we found that PD-L1 and its regulators were universally up-regulated in tumor-derived CXCL10+ cDCs compared with non-tumor-derived cDCs (Fig. S2E), suggesting that CXCL10+ cDCs might cause T cells to differentiate into regulatory T cells via PD-1/PD-L1, thereby suppressing anti-tumor immunity.
