Notably, expression of macrophage inflammatory proteins, including CCL2, CCL3, CCL4, and CCL5,4 were all up-regulated in tumor-derived CXCL10+ cDCs compared with non-tumor-derived cDCs (Fig. 1E), suggesting that tumor-derived CXCL10+ cDCs may have a capability of TAM recruitment in breast cancer tissues.
