Through biological information screening, RT-qPCR and WB verification, it was found that VPS13B, TBC1D22A, PPP3CA, CUX1 and PPP1R15A were highly expressed in cisplatin-resistant tissues of ovarian cancer, while PLGRKT, CDKAL1 and TAP1 were low expressed. Here, VPS13B is linked to ovarian carcinoma.
