The T-cell differentiated profiles were distinct between CD4 and CD8 T-cell compartments in AML patients, which was similar in HDs; That is, Tn, Tcm and Tem accounted for the majority of CD4 T cells, all of which were significantly higher than the proportions of CD4 Tscm and Teff; whereas Tem and Teff were the major sub-populations of CD8 T cells, and both were individually significantly higher than the proportions of CD8 Tn, Tscm and Tcm (all P < 0.0010). Here, CD8A is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
