The study classified 62 bladder urothelial cancer cases into muscle-invasive (MIBC) and non-muscle-invasive (NMIBC) groups. Results showed no significant difference in p53 expression between MIBC and NMIBC using a 20% cutoff. Ki-67 expression correlated with higher grade and muscle invasion, while negative p16 immunostaining was linked to lower grade and NMIBC, especially in papillary pattern cases. Here, TP53 is linked to bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
