Through in vivo and in vitro experiments, we revealed that MSI2 directly binds to the NLK mRNA to maintain its stability and promote the invasion and migration of pancreatic cancer cells, and NLK promotes pancreatic cancer progression through the EMT and PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway (Fig. 5d). This evidence concerns the gene MSI2 and familial pancreatic carcinoma.
