IFNG and breast cancer: Our data demonstrated that TPST2 knockdown enhanced IFNγ signaling in human breast cancer cell lines (MDA-MB-231 (Fig. 2 and Fig. S5) and MDA-MB-468 (Fig. S6)) and mouse breast (4T1 (Fig. S11d, e) and colon (MC38 (Fig. S11b, c)) cancer cell lines.
