CLU and neoplasm: As shown in Table 2, genes such as ACE2, BMP3, BPIFB1, CCL17, CCL22, CLU, CST6, CTF1, FBLN1, HMGB2, MMP12, PDGFA, PLAU, RNASE7, S100A7, S100A8, S100A9, SULF2, and TGM2 primarily function in regulating immune responses to exert anti-tumor and anti-infection effects.
