The changing landscape of tumor biology reveals a growing body of proof indicating that FOXC1 is elevated in multiple types of malignant tumors, such as Lung cancer, triple-negative breast cancer, liver cancer, and gastrointestinal tumors (Han et al. 2018; Lin et al. 2021; Cao et al. 2018; Liu et al. 2018; Jiang et al. 2021), causing poor prognosis to these patients. This evidence concerns the gene FOXC1 and cancer.
