Silybin reduces the expression of intracellular domain of Notch1 (N1ICD) and RBPJ (recombination signal-binding protein of immunoglobulin kappa J region) activity in hepatocellular carcinoma with a CSL-dependent manner (Zhang et al., 2013), suggesting that blocking CSL and N1ICD interactions is a good idea in tumor therapy. Here, RBPJ is linked to neoplasm.
