Ewing sarcoma is characterized by the translocation of t(11;22)(q24;q12), resulting in the fusion of FET family of RNA binding proteins (EWSR1, FUS, and TAF15) to ETS (E-26 specific) family of proteins (FLI1, FEV, ERG, FEV, ETV1, ETV4, and ETV5) that act as transcription factors (55–57). This evidence concerns the gene FEV and Ewing sarcoma.
