Teclistamab-cqyv (Tecvayli) is a novel bispecific T-cell engaging antibody used in the treatment of refractory or relapsed multiple myeloma and for patients who have used ≥4 lines of prior therapy including an IMiD, a PI, and an anti-CD38 antibody.4 Teclistamab targets CD3 on T-cells and B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) on myeloma cells to trigger cell lysis through T-cell mediated cytotoxicity.
