Given the emerging recognition of exosomal lncRNAs as viable tumor diagnostic markers [64–66], and considering that ARAP1-AS1’s expression in blood samples has been reported only in cervical cancer [42], we utilized exoRBase 2.0 (http://www.exorbase.org/) [67]—a repository for extracellular vesicles long RNAs derived from RNA-seq data—to assess the expression of lncRNA across various human body fluids, including blood, urine, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), and bile.
