In an adoptive transfer model of autoimmune neuropathy, we found that 79-6 treatment was accompanied by a decrease in the frequency of nerve-infiltrating Tph (CD4+ICOS+CXCR5–PD-1+CXCR6+) cells compared with vehicle treatment (Supplemental Figure 4B). This evidence concerns the gene CXCR5 and autoimmune neuropathy.
