SLIT2 and hepatocellular carcinoma: It can promote angiogenesis in HCC through the guanosine triphosphatase Rho family and Slit-ROBO signaling pathways and facilitate HCC metastasis by activating the Slit2-ROBO1 signaling pathway [54–56], indicating that the Silt/ROBO signaling pathway may be an effective therapeutic target for HCC.
