Proteomic analysis in this study revealed abnormal cell cycle signaling in CRC cells overexpressing circ467, and further investigation revealed that circ467 promoted the growth of CRC cells by upregulating the protein expression of c-Myc, which subsequently induced the downstream expression of cell cycle-associated cyclin D2 and CDK4; these results indicate the molecular mechanism by which circ467 promotes the growth of CRC cells. This evidence concerns the gene CCND2 and colorectal carcinoma.
