CYP2C9 and hepatocellular carcinoma: The mRNA stability of PIK3R1 and CYP2C9 was not changed in NAT10-knockdown cells (Fig. 2D), indicating that NAT10 drives HCC chemoresistance through activating the transcription of PIK3R1 and CYP2C9 rather than regulating the mRNA stability of these genes.
