In contrast, the following variables could not predict the occurrence of severe ICI‐associated myocarditis: QRS interval ≥ 110 ms (HR: 8.702, 95% CI: 0.267–283.453, p = 0.223), bundle branch block (HR: 0.254, 95% CI: 0.007–9.943, p = 0.464), serum cTnI elevation (HR: 0.724, 95% CI: 0.105–4.991, p = 0.743), elevated serum CK level (HR: 0.611, 95% CI: 0.041–9.024, p = 0.720), and elevated serum CK‐MB value (HR: 3.424, 95% CI: 0.223–52.645, p = 0.377) (Table 4). This evidence concerns the gene TNNI3 and myocarditis.
