Neoplasms with similar neuroimaging features as our Group 1 BRAF V600E-mutant LEAT may have been radiologically and pathologically diagnosed under various names, including GG, low-grade glioma, DNT, diffuse glioneuronal tumor, PLNTY, or even focal cortical dysplasia, because of their polymorphous histologic features or limited amount of resection specimens or both (5, 7, 15–17). Here, BRAF is linked to glioma.
