BRAF and central nervous system cancer: Neoplasms with similar neuroimaging features as our Group 1 BRAF V600E-mutant LEAT may have been radiologically and pathologically diagnosed under various names, including GG, low-grade glioma, DNT, diffuse glioneuronal tumor, PLNTY, or even focal cortical dysplasia, because of their polymorphous histologic features or limited amount of resection specimens or both (5, 7, 15–17).
