Our study aims to evaluate the alterations in the expression/transcript level of the following HR genes: BRCA1, BRCA2, ATM, BARD1, FANCA, FANCB, FANCI, RAD50, RAD51D, BRIP1, and CHEK2. As a result, we aim to develop a potential prognostic marker in patients diagnosed with BRCA-positive BC. Here, BARD1 is linked to breast cancer.
