By utilizing immunofluorescence to observe the intracellular distribution of SLC3A2 and measuring material transport to verify its function, we revealed the intricate interplay between SLC3A2 and the process of ubiquitination and revealed a novel mechanism by which Skp2 and SLC3A2 function in sepsis-mediated ferroptosis. The gene discussed is SLC3A2; the disease is Sepsis.
