CD4 and neoplasm: Flow cytometry analysis revealed a significant increase in the quantity of CD4+ T cells among all the immune cells analyzed in the 4T1-shCCT2 tumors (Fig. 6D) but not in the number of CD8+ T cells, tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs), or myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) upon CCT2 suppression (supplementary Fig. 7B–E).
