By strategically utilizing the TISIDB database, our research was directed towards comprehensively exploring the intricate link between RILPL2 expression levels and the expression profiles of genes exclusively associated with chemokines in the complex environment of NSCLC, which was facilitated by the rich data repository of TISIDB, which not only broadened our understanding of the immune-genome landscape, but also revealed potential avenues for targeted interventions in the intricate pathological network of NSCLC.
