Basedon studies of atrial electrophysiological changes in diabetes mellitus, thisarticle focuses on the electrical remodeling of atrial cardiomyocytes, includingremodeling of sodium channels, calcium channels, potassium channels and otherchannels, to provide the basis for the clinical management of antiarrhythmicdrugs in diabetic patients with atrial fibrillation.
