IL10 and cardiac hypertrophy: Lee et al. [31] investigated the effects of human adipose-derived stemcells (hADSCs) on SHRs and found that M1 marker expression (CD68 and iNOSpositive) in the SHRs myocardium was higher than after hADSC injection, while M2marker expression (CD68 and IL-10 positive) showed the opposite trend, increasingafter hADSC injection, which corresponded to reduced myocardial hypertrophy andfibrosis, as well as decreased BNP expression.
