The associations with the most significant impact were observed in Memory loss(OR per 10% reduction in MI risk: 1.71; 95% CI: 1.51–1.94; p = 2.06×10-17) for CT-1, Disorders of lipoprotein metabolism and otherlipidaemias (OR per 10% reduction in MI risk: 1.49; 95% CI: 1.41–1.58;p = 2.91 ×10-43) for SELENOS, Alzheimer’s disease (OR per10% reduction in MI risk: 0.76; 95% CI: 0.73–0.79; p = 2.52×10-54) for VPS29, and Phlebitis and thrombophlebitis (notincluding DVT) (OR per 10% reduction in MI risk: 1.24; 95% CI: 1.19–1.28;p = 2.22 ×10-28) for NAGAT (Supplementary Table16). This evidence concerns the gene VPS29 and Alzheimer disease.
