Baicalin reduced lipopolysaccharide-induced intestinal inflammatory injury by suppressing the PARP1-mediated NF-κB and NLRP3 signalling pathways [20], alleviated renal fibrosis by inhibiting the PI3K/AKT/NF-κB signalling pathway [21], reduced the inflammatory-oxidative stress effect on H2O2-induced granulosa cell apoptosis via USP48 protein regulation [22] and provided protection against diethyl nitrosamine-induced liver cirrhosis by suppressing oxidative stress and inflammation [23].
