Univariate analysis revealed significant associations between the development of an acute complicated course in pediatric patients with AHO and several factors: bone abscess, delayed source control, suppurative arthritis, surgical interventions, ESR on admission, CRP peak, CRP ≥ 100 mg/L after 2–4 d of antibiotics, albumin on admission, PLR, CAR, PAR, and PNI (p < 0.05 for all) (Table 1). This evidence concerns the gene CRP and pseudohypoparathyroidism type 1A.
