Four genes, SIGLEC15 (chr3:151,209,875–151,221,497 bp), JAK3 (chr6: 213,007,629–213,025,411 bp), DEF6 (ch1: 117,504,375-117,525,807 bp), and FAS (chr2: 164,464,382-164,489,036 bp), were related to autoimmune disorders in humans (Hsu et al., 2012; García-Bermúdez et al., 2015; Serwas et al., 2019; Läubli and Varki, 2020), and AD is defined as an immune complex-mediated disorder disease in mink (Bloom et al., 1988). This evidence concerns the gene SIGLEC15 and Alzheimer disease.
