MUC16 and neoplasm: Patients in the high-risk group were older, had higher levels of serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), cancer antigen 125 (CA125), and cancer antigen 19-9 (CA19-9), were more likely to experience postoperative complications, and had more aggressive tumor characteristics, such as poor differentiation, lymph node metastasis, and advanced tumor stage.
