Genes involved in steatosis (Cd36, Lpl), hepatoxicity (Avpr1a, Pla2g12a), necrosis (Serpine1), fatty acid metabolism (Acox1, Cpt1b, Cyp4a10, Ehhadh), lipid transport (Apoa1), and PPAR transcription factors (Pparδ) were altered with PFHpS exposure compared to vehicle-exposed animals (Figure 5).
