The LRP1 mRNA level showed a negative association with tumour purity in LIHC (r = −0.02, p = 0.74), but it was positively related to tumour purity in several other cancers: BRCA (r =  0.80, p <  0.001), OC (r =  0.38, p <  0.001), PRAD (r =  0.48, p <  0.001), HNSC (r =  0.47, p <  0.001), KIRC (r =  0.51, p <  0.001), THCA (r =  0.52, p <  0.001), LUAD (r =  0.55, p <  0.001), BLCA (r =  0.61, p <  0.001), and KIPAN (r =  0.60, p <  0.001) (Figure S18A–I).
