Figure 5D shows that intersecting 125 pathways enriched by network pharmacology with 20 pathways enriched by transcriptome sequencing yielded a total of 8 pathways, i.e., the PI3K-AKT signaling pathway, proteoglycans in cancer, parathyroid hormone synthesis, secretion and action, fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis, diabetic cardiomyopathy, lipid and atherosclerosis, platelet activation, and pathogenic Escherichia coli infection. This evidence concerns the gene PIK3CB and atherosclerosis.
