The linker for the activation of T-cells (LAT), which is involved in the T-cell antigen receptor signal transduction pathway, and 60 kDa heat shock protein (CH60), a signaling molecule in the innate immune system, were overexpressed in supernatants from both psoriasis [FC = 1.6; p = 0.02 and FC = 58; p = 0.0002, respectively] and lichen donors [FC = 11; p = 0.02 and FC = 73; p = 5.6E05, respectively]. This evidence concerns the gene TARP and lichen disease.
