Similarly, the expression levels of the key proteins within the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway, such as p110γ, p-p85, p-PDK1, p-AKT, p-GSK3β, and total AKT, decreased notably under lumbrokinase treatment (Figure 1D), indirectly indicating that lumbrokinase exerts its function in blocking the survival of NSCLC cells by inactivating these two signaling pathways.
