BCL2 and neoplasm: At the same time, immunohistochemical staining of the tumor tissues in different groups treated with lumbrokinase and/or chemotherapeutics showed that compared with the control group, the expressions of COX-2, phosphorylated AKT and Erk, β-catenin, and Bcl-2, and the location of p50 and p65 in the nucleus, were all decreased upon treatment, and this reduced trend was more pronounced in the combined group (Figure 7G).
